Milan, May 5, 2025 — With a vibrant and ceremonial inauguration, #TUTTOFOOD2025 officially opened its doors today at Fiera Milano, reaffirming its position as one of the world’s foremost platforms for the agri-food industry. The highly anticipated international exhibition will run from May 5 to 8, highlighting the very best in global food innovation, sustainability, and technological advancement.
The event kicked off at 11:00 AM with a prestigious Opening Conference, drawing government officials, industry leaders, and international stakeholders. The session opened with institutional greetings and forward-looking reflections on the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the agri-food sector.

A major highlight was the keynote session titled “The Taste of AI: Artificial Intelligence for Italian Excellence,” which underscored the transformative role of digital technology and AI in food production, traceability, safety, and consumer engagement—particularly in enhancing the excellence of Italian food products.
The conference welcomed a distinguished panel of speakers, including Francesco Lollobrigida, Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests; Franco Mosconi, President of Fiere di Parma; Carlo Bonomi, President of Fiera Milano; Michele de Pascale, President of the Emilia-Romagna Region; Alessandro Beduschi, Regional Minister for Agriculture, Lombardy; Valeria Sandei, CEO of Almawave; and Matteo Zoppas, President of the Italian Trade Agency (ICE).
