We collect the milk from Quality Assured farmers and turn it into cream and butter which are processed further at our approved Cheshire factory to make Ghee. The art of achieving that special Ghee flavour lies in manufacturing experience and the selection of the right blend of raw materials. Once we have the taste correct, we can then pack into a variety of formats – ready for export to local markets and many uses in cooking, frying and bakery.
