Deliciously British prime cuts of meat, organic vegetables and all the trimmings
The London Project on Bluewaters Island -after much demand – will be rolling out their royal Saturday Roast from 21st March. Every Saturday the well known and sought after British classic meal – the roast dinner – will be served up in the true The London Project style championing the best quality British meats, organic vegetables, lashings of gravy and of course the largest and fluffiest Yorkshire puddings.
There will be a choice of three meats including a braised Welsh lamb shank, prime cut Black Angus Ribeye and organic corn-fed roast chicken, all accompanied with sharing sides including cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, mashed swede and seasonal organic vegetables. Depending on the meat choice a home-made condiment will accompany the dish and no being ‘traditional’ when it comes to the Yorkshire pudding, it will be served with every choice, hurrah! Not forgetting the vegans out there, the Vegan Roast will be Half roast aubergine with garlic & thyme, sun-dried tomato & harissa purée, roast Maris piper potatoes, torched shallot, baby carrots, broccolini.
Too full for a dessert? Never! Guests will not be able to resist opting for the mouth-watering apple crumble and custard or the decadent sticky toffee pudding served butterscotch sauce which is served family style and at your table.
For those crazy people not selecting the roast their delicious starters, salads, flatbreads and sides will still be available alongside a selection of mains from the regular menu.
