The Italian Business Council, a private association operating in the UAE under the umbrella of Dubai Chamber, announced the list of restaurants that were shortlisted to be among the Semifinalists of The Pasta Awards 2023. This culinary competition, organized with the support of UAE Restaurant Group and the Emirates Culinary Guild, aims to uncover the most beloved restaurants serving pasta dishes in the UAE and their best recipe. The journey started on June 21st when the public was invited to vote for their favorite pasta dishes.68 restaurants scattered all over the UAE received nominations and the 13 with the top ranking are now competing in the second phase of the event. During this phase the jury of the Emirates Culinary Guild will visit their premises to taste the nominated dishes and cast their vote to choose the finalists that will take part in the Awards’ night, on October 24.
