Anticipated greatly by the global food industry, CNR Food Istanbul will host visitors between September 2-5, 2020. Welcoming more than 80 thousand industry professionals from over 100 countries, the exhibition will display products of more than 2.000 brands. More than 2.000 brands from 20 countries take their places in the exhibition
Key players of the food industry, which has reached a 7-trillion size worldwide, will come together at CNR Food Istanbul. Organized on the 80 thousand square meter area, the exhibition will welcome more than 2.000 brands from nearly 20 countries this year. Expecting visits from more than 80 thousand industry professionals in over 100 countries, the exhibition will bring a new dimension to global trade. The exhibition, uniting producers and buyers via B2B meetings, aims to create a 3.5-billion-dollar trade.
Turkish companies will sail for new markets at the exhibition
The Turkish food and beverage industry, which is among the key industries of the Turkish economy thanks to its added value and exports, will be also represented at the exhibition with its prominent companies. The industry, in which nearly 50 thousand companies employ around 600 thousand people, will add new markets to its export of over 10 billion dollars with the contribution of the exhibition.
The guest of honor is the famous chef, Thomas A. Gugler
Gathering industry representatives from all over the world on the same platform, the exhibition will welcome Chef of the Chefs, famous chef Thomas A. Gugler, who represents more than 12 million chefs from 107 countries at every level as the President of WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies). Mr. Gugler will deliver a presentation named “Global Trends and Sustainability”, where he will share his career journey in the culinary profession as well as important information on retaining and developing global culinary standards.
