The Region of Attica, Greece participated in the ADIFE exhibition in Abu Dhabi from 6 to 8 December 2022. Its participation was supported by seven (7) exhibitors from the region with products such as cheese, fruit spreads, chutneys, balsamic glazes, pita breads, pasta, herbs and spices, confectionery and pastry products.
As part of its participation in the ADIFE exhibition, the Attica Region organised a gastronomic event on Tuesday 6 December 2022 at the Radisson Blu Deira Creek Hotel in Dubai in order to present its gastronomy and quality products.
The event was attended by a large number of buyers and HORECA professionals. The Greek exhibitors had the opportunity to meet with them and talk about their products.
The Head (Secretary A) of the Office of Economic and Commercial Affairs of the Greek Embassy in Dubai, Mr. Thomopoulos Dimitrios, honored the event with his presence.
The event was also supported by the Akropolis Chefs Club, which was represented by Mrs. Maria Zissouli.
In addition, on Wednesday 7 December, a series of visits to export companies and supermarkets in Dubai was organised.
Representatives of all exhibitors participated in the mission. The businesses visited by the Region and the exhibitors were as follows:

The visits were very encouraging for the Greek companies and set the basis for some of them to start cooperation.
