After the boom in Italy, pasta is once more looking at the world
Italian pasta is holding its ground – and even taking off again. And exports are breaking new ground alongside the boom in domestic consumption. The figures are reported by ISTAT (Italian National Statistics Institute) for the first quarter of 2021.
The dairy industry is ready for the new normal
The dairy industry is changing to adapt to the new normal. This is confirmed by a survey by ISMEA using data from the European Commission. The first two months of 2020 confirmed the positive trend of milk production, up in all main producer countries.
