Proseal Unveils the Ultra-Compact CP3rs Fully Automatic Case Packing System

Proseal is proud to announce the launch of the CP3rs, an ultra-compact, fully automatic case packing system designed to meet the needs of flexible production environments with limited space. Building on the success of the multi-award-winning CP3 case packing solution, the CP3rs retains industry-leading features such as rapid product changeovers in less than one minute and exceptional throughput capabilities.

The CP3rs is equipped with the innovative deep reach Active Tool™, enabling it to load products into deep-fill cases in any format, including RPC, SRP, carton, and collapsible cases. The system’s automatic quick release tooling, combined with a recipe-based control system, allows for seamless transitions to shallow fill cases, ensuring versatility and efficiency.

The CP3rs also inherits standard features from the CP series, such as:

  • Recipe-Driven Control System: Delivers industry-leading product change speed.
  • Automatic Quick Release Tool Lock: Simplifies tooling changes.
  • ProMotion+™ Advanced Servo Driven Tray Spacing System: Enhances tray handling precision.
  • ProTect™ Contactless Login and Audit Trail Features: Ensures secure and traceable operations.
  • Integral Vacuum Pump: Included as standard for reliable performance.
  • User-Friendly Control Panel: Features step-by-step setup guides for easy configuration.
  • On-Screen Data Capture and Cloud Connection: Facilitates OEE analysis.

Additionally, the CP3rs offers several optional features to enhance its functionality:

  • Pack Turning Conveyors (PTC)
  • Full Line Integration with Proseal Equipment
  • Integration with Peripheral Equipment: Such as existing delivery systems, case erectors, labelers, check weighers, and pallet loaders.
  • Bespoke Delivery and Discharge Systems: Customizable to suit specific factory layouts.
