On February 17th, 2023, at 19:30, a press event will take place at the Plaza Ball Room of the Hotel Radisson Blu Deira Banijas rd, Dubai, in the frame of the European Project “Meet the European Lamb”.
The press event aims to provide information to professionals and mainly to journalists and opinion leaders who will then act as ambassadors of European agricultural products by spreading awareness on the merits of European lamb meat.
A large number of guests, including people from various business industries of S. Arabia such as Press and Media, Advertising, Food Distribution, Importers, and Meat Professionals will attend the event.
The program food ambassador Diana Zavzeatti, food blogger and influencer, representatives of the Proposing Organization, representatives of the national authorities in UAE, and senior nutritionist Victoria Tipper will present European Lamb’s unique characteristics in terms of quality, taste, high nutritional value, and health as well as production methods focusing on food safety, traceability, animal welfare, environmental protection, and sustainability.
Additionally, the chef Uwe and his team will present a live cooking show with easy ways to prepare tasteful lamb recipes at home.
The press event will conclude with a buffet dinner and the guest will enjoy a rich variety of Mediterranean and international dishes based on delicious lamb meat.
“Meet the European Lamb” is a Program proposed by the Greek National Inter-Professional Organization of Meat (EDOK) and M-Pancyprian Organization of Sheep and Goat Breeders LT (M-POAI Ltd). It refers to the information and promotion of European sheep meat in the target markets of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
