Alto-Shaam, a global foodservice equipment manufacturer, has collaborated with The Cooking Academy, an innovative culinary school based in Qatar, to showcase its three chamber Vector® H Series Multi-Cook Oven.
Building on two successful events held in August, the collaboration has solidified an additional demonstration on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 6:00pm.
Gabriel Estrella Talentti, Alto-Shaam Director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), says the collaboration provides multiple benefits: “We are proud to partner with The Cooking Academy as we work together to advance the industry forward through innovative approaches and technologies. Our shared passion for bringing people together around the art of cuisine enabled the first two events to be so successful, it demanded an ongoing series.”
The focus of the event, Vector H Series Multi-Cook Ovens are designed specifically for foodservice operations where space is at a premium. These ovens allow operators to cook a range of menu items simultaneously without flavor transfer—all in a ventless footprint.
Additionally, each of the three chambers can be independently controlled with separate temperatures, fan speeds, and cook times. Exclusive Structured Air Technology® enables the oven to generate concentrated, high-velocity heat for quicker, more even cooking while ensuring the finest quality results.
Mohamed Alhammadi (Malik), founder at The Cooking Academy Qatar, says the event is ideal to showcase Alto-Shaam’s innovative equipment: “Vector ovens from Alto-Shaam offer excellent cooking performance in addition to increased food production, saved space, and menu flexibility.
“We anticipate that all professionals and students at the academy will gain knowledge and experience in employing Alto-Shaam’s unique kitchen technology for an even greater culinary experience.”
